The Quality & Assurance unit follows stringent steps to identify issues and takes preventive measures to eliminate causes in the real-time scenario. The entire quality check process is practiced in three stages – phase one that involves inspection of the finished product, phase two that involves pre-packing examination, and phase three post-packing inspection. Our natural stone quality control practices ensure that all the carved natural stones meet the quality inspectors' standardized quality norms to meet customer's needs and minimize the export risks.
